THE STARTING POINT

Less distance between doing the work and getting paid.

For an independent business, invoices rarely arrive at a convenient moment. The work is finished, the details are in a note or a conversation, and the invoice becomes another job to complete later.

Invo.tax connects that short description of the work with a draft someone can review. Invoices, expenses and notes stay with the job, so the business does not have to reconstruct the same context at tax time.

THE APPROACH

A useful draft. A clear decision.

We built the invoice workflow around review. The assistant prepares the document from a description of the job, calculates the figures in whole cents and shows the result before it is approved. Drafting and sending are distinct steps.

The phone experience brings financial context and the Jeff workspace close together. In the wider device study, the dashboard and its navigation occupy one pane, while Chat, Agent and the message composer belong to the other. The controls move with the task rather than stretching to fill a larger screen.

THE WHOLE PICTURE

One workspace for the next step.

The project connects invoice drafting, job-linked records and a phone-first interface. Its visual identity supports the same aim: make a busy business workflow feel considered and approachable.

Invo.tax remains in beta. The supplied app captures are presented as sample screens, and the foldable arrangement is a layout study. The gallery includes both the source interface and the way it can be composed for a wider device.
